In order to render spic-and-span service, ALNASR ENTERPRISES has
developed highly specialized management and administrative structure. “ALNASR ENTERPRISES has further employed highly qualified administrative staff exclusively trained, motivated for overseas manpower recruitment and to deal with various nationals considering their language, customs, traditions, etc. The administration is divided into four sections and has employed an adequate number of executives for each section to carry out jobs properly. The four sections of administrations are as follows:

PROCESSING
DEPLOYMENT
The Correspondence & Communication section is equipped with the latest communication facilities of international standard. It is interlinked with all other sections as well as with all the other branch offices in Pakistan and abroad. This section monitors the day-to-day progress of business with various clients.
The Procurement section is very vast, which deals with all provinces through its branch offices to obtain bio-datas of candidates of different categories. All the bio-data are screened as per the job profile provided by the employer. Those selected after screening are called for final interviews as per the given schedule of the executives of the company.
The Processing section is very efficient in keeping records of visas and their endorsement/balance, grant of emigration clearance. It maintains liaison with embassies, high commissions, and various Government departments.
The Deployment section has immense knowledge in international and domestic airlines connection of the country and the employer. It has coordination with various airlines to get instant reservations for various destinations in view of the immediate dispatch of the candidates whose visas and emigration formalities have been completed. Finally, it informs the details of the candidates, whose seats are confirmed, to the correspondence & communication section to enable them to intimate the arrival of candidates to the employer in advance.
